A growing outpatient behavioral health practice in New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide comprehensive psychiatric care in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling (4+ days per week) with a mix of in-person and telehealth visits.

Providers conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

• Provide medication management and follow-up care

• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

• Participate in clinical meetings and care coordination

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey PMHNP license (PA a plus)

• Board Certified PMHNP

• 1–3 years psychiatric NP experience preferred

• Strong medication management skills

• Comfortable with outpatient and telehealth settings

Schedule & Compensation

• $110,000–$150,000 annual salary
